This role is based at our Hetfy Accounting Outsourcing Solutions LLP office at GIFT City, Gandhinagar.
Your Role:
As a Stock Planning & Operations Executive, you will be at the core of our supply chain and marketplace operations. You will ensure the right products are available at the right time, across the right channels — while keeping data and decisions aligned at every step.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and continuously improve demand forecast models using historical sales data, market trends, and category insights
Manage product portfolios and maintain optimal stock levels across multiple marketplace channels
Conduct regular sales performance reviews — identifying growth opportunities and flagging potential risks early
Plan and manage trade promotions, rework deals, and support pricing decisions with data-backed inputs
Track changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies — and present clear findings to management
Identify gaps in forecast accuracy and implement practical, actionable improvements
Oversee inbound stock flow and delivery verification to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in inventory management, stock planning, or supply chain — preferably in an eCommerce environment
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to work confidently with numbers
Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets — comfortable building reports, dashboards, and forecasting models
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Prior experience with Amazon, eBay, or any major online marketplace is a strong advantage.
