- Generate Potential Leads through cold calling to achieve the target
- Contact potential clients to understand and quantify their requirements and budgets and sell the advantages of Company’s products
- Follow up with prospects who responded to marketing programs and campaigns
- Client visits in order to provide the proposals to the clients regarding new products and offers
- Maintaining the MIS of the customer database and updating it from time-to-time
- Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
