Roles & Responsibilities:
- Neonatal care: Provide specialized nursing care for newborns requiring intensive monitoring and treatment.
- Patient monitoring: Observe vital signs, oxygen levels, and growth parameters of NICU babies.
- Medical assistance: Support neonatologists and pediatricians during procedures and emergencies.
- Medication management: Administer prescribed medications and ensure accurate dosage.
- Family counselling: Educate and emotionally support parents about neonatal conditions, treatment plans, and care routines.
- Infection control: Maintain strict hygiene protocols to prevent infections in vulnerable newborns.
- Documentation: Record patient progress, treatment details, and ensure compliance with hospital policies. Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications: B.Sc Nursing, Diploma in Nursing, GNM (NICU experience preferred).
- Registration with Nursing Council desirable.
- Strong communication, empathy, and patient-handling skills.
- Ability to work in high-pressure neonatal care environments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
