✅ Checklist for Hiring an Order Processing & Packing Executive
1. Educational Background
- Minimum 10th / 12th pass
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Seller Panel usage)
2. Work Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in order processing & packing
- Experience in working with Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, Myntra, 1mg, Tata Cliq seller dashboards (advantage)
- Knowledge of handling logistics & courier pickups
3. Technical Skills
- Ability to check new orders on all marketplace seller panels
- Can download order invoices & shipping labels
- Knowledge of order confirmation, cancellation & return process
- Basic knowledge of barcode scanning / printing
4. Packing & Dispatch Skills
- Knowledge of proper packing standards (bubble wrap, corrugated box, tape, fragile items handling)
- Ability to paste shipping label & invoice correctly
- Can segregate orders platform-wise (Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.)
- Ensure product is packed safely & delivered without damage
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickup & dispatch
5. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain stock records in Excel / inventory sheet
- Regular stock counting & reporting to management
- Inform management if any product is low in stock
