- Handle customer queries related to transactions and services.
- Monitor daily operational activities.
- Identify and resolve transaction issues and delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide timely updates to customers on issue resolution.
- Maintain records and prepare operational reports.
- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or operations is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
