Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior SEO Executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in search engine optimization. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of traditional SEO as well as emerging search optimization practices, including Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and AI Optimization (AIO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.
- Optimize content for search engines, answer engines, and AI-powered search platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
- Implement and manage schema markup and structured data for enhanced search visibility.
- Optimize content for featured snippets, voice search, and AI-generated search results.
- Monitor website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Perform website audits and recommend improvements for technical SEO issues.
- Track, analyze, and report SEO, AEO, GEO, and AIO performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to implement optimization strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithms and AI search trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO.
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Experience with AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) strategies.
- Knowledge of GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) for AI-powered search platforms.
- Familiarity with AIO (AI Optimization) techniques and AI search ecosystems.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of structured data, schema markup, and content optimization best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience optimizing content for AI search engines and large language model (LLM)-driven platforms.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- SEO certifications from recognized platforms are a plus.
