Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

About the Role-
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our POS (Point of Sale) Software business across Delhi NCR. The role involves meeting food cart owners, cafés, cloud kitchens, dhabas, restaurants, and other food businesses, introducing our POS solution, and generating new customer acquisitions.
This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are interested in sales, business development, client interaction, and technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities-
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct field visits to identify potential customers.
- Meet restaurant owners, café operators, cloud kitchens, and food vendors in assigned territories.
- Introduce and explain the company's POS software solutions.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.
Product Demonstration & Sales
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing plans.
- Conduct product demonstrations using a mobile device or tablet.
- Follow up with interested prospects and address their queries.
- Convert potential leads into customers.
Customer Onboarding Support
- Assist customers during the registration and onboarding process.
- Coordinate with the support team to ensure smooth implementation.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Reporting & Market Feedback
- Maintain daily reports of field visits and lead generation activities.
- Update customer records and follow-up status.
- Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitor insights with management.
Daily Activity Expectations
- Visit 15–20 potential customer outlets daily.
- Conduct meaningful interactions with business owners.
- Generate qualified leads on a regular basis.
- Schedule product demonstrations for interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of field visits completed.
- Qualified leads generated.
- Product demonstrations conducted.
- Customer sign-ups achieved.
- Conversion ratio and revenue generated.
- Timely follow-ups and customer engagement.
Skills Required-
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Eligibility-
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with experience in Field Sales, FMCG, Telecom, Merchant Acquisition, Fintech, Retail Sales, or Direct Sales will have an added advantage.
- Must own a smartphone.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; English communication skills will be preferred.

Fixed Salary
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month with Travel allowance
