Designation: Digital Marketing Executive

Reporting To: Marketing Manager / Team Leader
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Create and publish engaging content, posts, banners, and promotional materials.
- Generate leads through digital marketing activities.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Optimize website and content for SEO (Search Engine Optimization).
- Track campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- Manage email marketing and WhatsApp marketing campaigns.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer engagement.
- Support branding and promotional activities for company products and services.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
- Basic understanding of SEO and SEM.
- Experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Content creation and copywriting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Qualification
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or any related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
- Number of leads generated.
- Cost per lead (CPL).
- Social media engagement and growth.
- Website traffic and conversions.
- Campaign ROI (Return on Investment).
- Achievement of monthly marketing targets.
Preferred Experience
- 0–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in lead generation, social media management, and online advertising is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
