Job Summary
A Guest Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest requests, and maintaining a positive guest experience throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Verify guest identification and payment details.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle room reservations and booking modifications.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for guest requirements.
- Resolve guest complaints politely and effectively.
- Maintain front desk records and reports accurately.
- Handle cash, card payments, and billing procedures.
- Ensure lobby and reception area are clean and presentable.
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Qualifications

- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
