Job Summary
Technical Skills (MUST HAVE & NICE TO HAVE) xperience with mobile app development for Android/iOS using React Native.
Understanding of state management (Redux / basic hooks like useState, useEffect)
Familiarity with REST APIs and app integration
Working knowledge of GitHub for version control, code commits, and collaboration
Basic experience with JIRA for task tracking, bug tracking, and agile workflow management
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To A Team Of Developers In Native Mobile App Development Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Productivity.
2. Conduct Comprehensive Code Reviews And Establish Rigorous Quality Assurance Processes, Ensuring Performance Optimization And Adherence To Best Practices And Coding Standards For Successful Project Delivery.
3. Ensure Compliance With Processes In The Assigned Module, Participating In Technical Discussions And Reviews As A Consultant For Feasibility Studies, Evaluating Technical Alternatives, And Assessing Technical Risks.
4. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Define Project Scope, Objectives, And Deliverables, While Preparing And Submitting Status Reports To Minimize Exposure And Facilitate Closure Of Escalations.
