Job Summary
The Business Head will be responsible for driving overall business growth, revenue generation, and strategic direction of the organization. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen with leadership and a deep understanding of marketing and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth and revenue targets across verticals
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence
- Lead new business development including client acquisition, pitching, and closures
- Build and maintain strong client relationships ensuring retention and satisfaction
- Oversee campaign planning and execution aligned with client objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, operations) for integrated solutions
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure profitability
- Track industry trends and introduce innovative marketing solutions
- Represent the organization at industry events and networking forums
- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Postgraduate (MBA preferred – Marketing/Business)
Experience:
10–15 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or related industry
Prior experience in leadership or business head role preferred
