- Manage overall construction activities for hospital and healthcare infrastructure projects.
- Develop project schedules, construction methodologies, and resource plans.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and hospital stakeholders.
- Ensure proper execution of civil, structural, MEP, HVAC, medical gas pipeline, fire protection, and finishing works.
- Coordinate installation of specialized hospital systems including:
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inspections, and risk assessments.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory safety requirements.
- Monitor project budgets, material consumption, and contractor billing.
- Liaise with hospital management, government authorities, consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Ensure all construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
