Job Summary
Wonder Leaf Tea is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to expand our retail and distributor network, increase product sales, and strengthen the brand presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, market knowledge, and a passion for FMCG/tea products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and tea shops.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned for the territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and onboard new retail outlets and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.
- Collect orders, coordinate with the dispatch team, and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure proper merchandising and display of Wonder Leaf Tea products at retail outlets.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and payment follow-ups.
- Support promotional activities, product sampling, and local marketing campaigns.
- Build long-term customer relationships and resolve retailer/distributor concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, beverages, tea, or food product sales.
- Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also apply.
- Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil; basic English knowledge preferred.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Basic knowledge of mobile apps/Excel for reporting.
