Key Responsibilities
- Managing mailing, scanning, photocopying (xeroxing) and day-to-day documentation.
- Making telephone calls, answering queries, and coordinating internally & externally.
- Conducting follow-ups with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Assisting with file management, data handling, and basic admin tasks.
- Supporting the office team in routine operational and administrative work.
- Maintaining office discipline, cleanliness, and basic office supplies.
- Coordinating with courier services and handling dispatches.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Good communication skills (English, Marathi, and Hindi preferred).
- Basic proficiency in MS Office, email drafting, and scanning/printing tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and professional telephone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in routine admin work.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
