- Manage operations of multiple slimming, wellness, or aesthetic clinic branches.
- Drive revenue, package sales, renewals, and client conversions.
- Monitor branch-wise sales targets and performance metrics.
- Recruit, train, and mentor Branch Managers, Dieticians, Therapists, and Sales Consultants.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client retention.
- Conduct regular branch audits and review meetings.
- Handle customer escalations and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
- Monitor inventory, billing, documentation, and SOP compliance.
- Analyze reports and implement strategies to improve profitability.
