Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Agentic AI & Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) and modern AI frameworks. The role involves building intelligent applications for pharmaceutical use cases, including document summarization, data extraction, safety reporting, and knowledge management while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Generative AI solutions using LLMs and frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and LlamaIndex.
- Develop, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs for pharmaceutical and life sciences use cases.
- Build Agentic AI workflows and autonomous AI solutions for process automation and decision support.
- Implement scalable architectures, APIs, and microservices to support AI-powered applications.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases and enterprise knowledge repositories.
- Optimize model performance through prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and continuous monitoring.
- Ensure AI solutions adhere to security, privacy, compliance, and GxP validation requirements.
- Monitor model outputs, collect user feedback, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or Generative AI development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AI application development.
- Hands-on experience with LLM platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, or similar.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Experience in API development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization technologies.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering, model evaluation, and LLM optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with AI governance, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Life Sciences domain.
- Understanding of GxP, Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, or Clinical Operations.
- Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model deployment.
- Experience with knowledge management systems and intelligent document processing.
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
