About the Company:
We are a growing organization specializing in electrical and industrial project execution across various sectors. We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Purchase Manager to strengthen our procurement operations and support the successful execution of projects through efficient sourcing and vendor management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for project and operational requirements.
- Source, evaluate, and develop vendors while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) while tracking material deliveries and order status.
- Coordinate with Project, Store, and Accounts departments to ensure timely material availability and uninterrupted operations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- Freshers with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in Procurement and Supply Chain Management are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with prior experience in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Management, Electrical, Industrial, EPC, or Construction sectors will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems will be an added advantage.
