Key Responsibilities
- Academic Planning: Assist students in developing educational plans that align with their career objectives.
- Course Selection: Guide students through registration, ensuring prerequisites are met and workloads are balanced.
- Progress Monitoring: Track advisees' grades and academic standing to prevent delays in graduation.
- Resource Referral: Direct students to campus resources such as tutoring, financial aid, or psychological counseling.
- Policy Compliance: Explain institutional rules, academic standards, and degree requirements clearly to students

- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Soft Skills: Exceptional listening, cultural awareness, and interpersonal communication skills.
