Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Department Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and manage a high-performing team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in retail store operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned department.
* Achieve sales, productivity, and profitability targets.
* Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
* Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
* Maintain stock availability, merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
* Monitor shrinkage and ensure compliance with company SOPs.
* Coordinate with the Store Manager to improve overall store performance.
Requirements
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 2–6 years of experience as a Department Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Team Leader in Retail, Supermarket, FMCG, QSR, or similar industries.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Willing to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
