Job Summary
HiringLabs Business Solutions is looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have experience in social media marketing, SEO, content creation, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms.
- Manage social media accounts including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create engaging content for social media posts, blogs, and marketing materials.
- Optimize website content for SEO and improve search rankings.
- Run and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Generate and nurture leads through digital marketing efforts.
- Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support branding and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Improve online presence and brand awareness.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Email Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong content writing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of lead generation and performance marketing.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Relevant digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage
