- Assess the patient's physical, emotional, and functional needs.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation care plans.
- Assist patients in regaining independence in daily activities.
- Administer medications and monitor the patient's health status.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, self-care, and recovery.
- Prevent complications such as pressure sores, infections, and falls.
- Coordinate care with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide emotional support and motivate patients throughout rehabilitation.
- Monitor patient progress and modify the care plan as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation and advocate for the patient's rehabilitation goals and quality of life.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
