Position Summary
Level: Operations Associate Vice President
As an Operations Associate Vice President at Deloitte, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of project scope, delivery, timelines, stakeholders, budget, issues, risks, and quality. This includes overseeing project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues as they arise, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Work you’ll do: A Process Excellence role involves leading and managing process improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve overall performance. Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications:
Key Responsibilities for a Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement Expert

Process Assessment and Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of existing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- Conduct and run large scale ideations to ensure idea funnel is thoroughly rich & ensure it is taken to execution. Knowing the methodologies for calculating the Hard Save and Soft save from each benefit.

Mine & Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Process Improvement and Implementation: Develop and implement efficient workflows and processes, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
- Lead cross-functional teams in process mapping, drawing VSM’s (Value Stream Mapping), understanding E2E (End to End) of the process (both upstream & downstream), conduct analysis, and optimization initiatives.

Should have extensive knowledge on all the levers leveraged for Continuous improvements like Standardisation & Consolidation, Process optimization, should have developed COE models, Resource Optimisation, Identify areas which are manual and need to check on automation for the same.

Define Process Maturity Framework for all the processes & define the Gold standards of the process.

Agile Framework to be implemented on the Delivery Floor – Agile Stand ups, 3*3 matrix, control charts, Risk Log, Issue log & Escalation log to be reviewed & audited, Maintain Bulls eye view of the process, White boards of Metrics.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for process enhancements. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to engage cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives.

Performance Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive process mapping systems, track performance metrics, and report on process performance.

Training and Development: Teach and mentor personnel on process excellence methodologies and tools, promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Conduct YB/GB/Lean/VSM & Six Sigma trainings for multiple resources, develop project charters & coach and guide the team on DMAIC Methodologies.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Arts & Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Proven 15 plus years of experience in process management or consulting, with experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.

Proven experience in running BB or GB Projects partnering with the respective delivery teams.

Business knowledge across multiple domains would be an added advantage.
Mandatory Certifications:
- Lean or Six Sigma Certified from a reputed institute

Green Belt or Black Belt Certified

Agile Scrum Master Certification
