Job Overview
We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience to manage and grow our brand presence across key social channels. In this role, you will be the bridge between strategy and execution—taking ownership of content calendars, community management, trend identification, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who understands the unique algorithms of platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and knows how to turn audience attention into meaningful engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and publish high-quality daily content across all major platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) using scheduling tools.
- Ideation & Creation: Brainstorm creative concepts, hooks, and formats for static posts, carousels, and short-form video content (Reels/Shorts). Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to bring them to life.
- Trend Spotting: Actively monitor social media trends, audio tracks, and industry news to quickly pitch and execute relevant "moment marketing" opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Own the brand's voice in the comments and direct messages. Actively engage with followers, build community, and manage customer queries or feedback promptly.
- Reporting & Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including reach, engagement rate, follower growth, and click-throughs. Compile monthly reports with clear takeaways and actionable next steps.
- Influencer Coordination: (If applicable) Assist in identifying, reaching out to, and managing relationships with micro-influencers and creators for brand collaborations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts, preferably in an agency or digital marketing environment.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth understanding of platform-specific features, best practices, and algorithms (especially LinkedIn for thought leadership and Instagram for visual engagement).
- Tools Knowledge: Proficient with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Sprout Social) and basic analytics platforms.
- Excellent Copywriting: Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to write compelling captions, hooks, and short-form video scripts tailored to different target audiences.
- Basic Design/Video Skills: Familiarity with mobile editing apps (e.g., CapCut, InShot) or Canva for quick, real-time content adjustments is highly desirable.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multi-tasking, meet tight content deadliness, and manage multiple platform calendars without losing attention to detail.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
