We are looking for a talented Senior 3D Visualizer to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in architectural visualization, with a strong portfolio of residential projects and the ability to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders.
The candidate will work closely with architects and the design team to transform sketches, drawings, and design concepts into compelling visual presentations for client approvals and project development.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects and designers throughout concept development and project execution.
- Create detailed 3D models, realistic materials, lighting setups, and high-quality photorealistic renders.
- Develop and present design concepts through 3D visualization and presentation graphics.
- Produce 5D-quality architectural renderings with exceptional attention to detail and realism.
- Prepare high-quality visuals for client presentations, marketing materials, and design reviews.
- Perform post-production, image enhancement, and color correction using Adobe Photoshop.
- Ensure render outputs meet project timelines and quality standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk 3ds Max.
- Expert knowledge of V-Ray (Corona Renderer experience is an added advantage).
- Excellent skills in modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and scene composition.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image editing.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and design workflows.
- Proven experience in residential architectural visualization with a strong portfolio showcasing luxury residences, apartments, villas, or housing projects.
- Ability to create highly realistic, presentation-quality renders with excellent material detailing and lighting.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in architectural visualization.
- Experience working on residential, institutional, or healthcare projects is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary design teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹11,627.39 - ₹42,501.25 per month
