Denzour Nutrition Private Limited is a growing health and nutrition company committed to delivering high-quality nutritional and health supplement products to consumers across India. As we scale our digital and e-commerce presence, we are looking for a seasoned marketing leader to own and drive our performance marketing and digital commerce engine.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between the sales team, customers, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, advanced knowledge of MS Excel, and experience in sales coordination and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities with the sales team and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Prepare and maintain sales MIS, reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
- Track sales orders, customer requirements, and order status.
- Coordinate with Accounts, HR, Operations, Logistics, and other internal departments.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
- Draft professional emails and maintain documentation.
- Support the sales team with presentations, quotations, and administrative tasks.
- Ensure timely completion of reports and assigned tasks.
- Assist the Regional Sales Manager with sales planning and coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM/ERP software is an added advantage.
