Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for patient needs
- Support admission and discharge processes
- Ensure proper communication between patients and hospital staff
- Maintain records of patient interactions and feedback
- Promote hospital services and ensure patient satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably healthcare or management)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle patients with empathy and professionalism
Experience:
- 0–2 years in healthcare or customer service (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
