ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a motivated and professional Healthcare Career Advisor to guide healthcare professionals regarding GCC licensing, DataFlow verification, Prometric examinations, recruitment opportunities, and career pathways.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, counseling abilities, follow-up discipline, and a passion for helping healthcare professionals achieve their international career goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle incoming enquiries from healthcare professionals.
- Explain GCC licensing processes and career opportunities.
- Guide candidates regarding DataFlow, Prometric, and licensing requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and WhatsApp consultations.
- Maintain candidate records in CRM.
- Follow up with prospective candidates regularly.
- Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams.
- Support candidate onboarding and documentation processes.
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional communication standards.
ELIGIBILITY
- Any Graduate.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle calls and WhatsApp communication professionally.
- Sales, counseling, recruitment, or customer support experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
