Job Title: Food & Beverage Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in providing excellent food and beverage service, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Assist in food preparation and beverage service when required.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
- Refill supplies and maintain adequate stock levels in service areas.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant, or hotel service is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
