We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. The candidate will handle inquiries, follow up with customers, resolve complaints, and support business growth through excellent communication and service.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, messages, and emails professionally
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and new customers
- Follow up on customer inquiries and service requests
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer support
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems
- Generate leads and support sales activities when required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
