We are seeking a senior, articulate, and highly professional Networking, Relationship & Events Manager to support and represent Mr. Manish Dabkara, Chairman & Managing Director, in high-level professional and industry forums.
The role will be responsible for managing strategic relationships, strengthening industry visibility, and overseeing end-to-end event participation and coordination. The incumbent will act as a trusted representative and key interface between Mr. Dabkara and senior stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication, engagement continuity, and impactful presence at national and international platforms.
Represent Mr. Manish Dabkara at industry forums, conferences, summits, policy discussions, and professional gatherings.
Communicate his vision, strategic priorities, and industry perspectives with clarity, confidence, and credibility.
Enhance and maintain his professional visibility across relevant platforms and associations.
Identify high-impact networking opportunities aligned with business and strategic objectives.
Build, nurture, and manage strategic relationships with senior industry leaders, policymakers, institutions, investors, and partners.
Act as the primary coordination point for stakeholder interactions on behalf of Mr. Dabkara.
Ensure structured follow-ups, engagement continuity, and relationship tracking.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in all communications and engagements.
Plan, coordinate, and manage Mr. Dabkara’s participation in national and international events.
Oversee end-to-end event logistics including invitations, confirmations, travel coordination, scheduling, briefing notes, and post-event follow-ups.
Evaluate event relevance and strategic value before participation.
Prepare concise event reports highlighting key discussions, potential collaborations, and outcomes.
Prepare briefings, summaries, and engagement notes for meetings and forums.
Maintain structured records of key stakeholders and ongoing engagements.
Provide periodic updates on networking impact, relationship development, and engagement outcomes.
Educational Background:
Experience & Skills:
6 - 8 years of experience in banking, relationship management, client engagement, or senior stakeholder-facing roles
Proven experience handling high-profile clients or leadership representation
Exceptional English communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong executive presence and professional etiquette
Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with senior stakeholders
High level of discretion, maturity, and judgment
Willingness to travel extensively
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Background in banking, financial services, or wealth / relationship management
Prior experience working closely with CXOs, founders, or senior leadership
Exposure to national or international industry events
Strong planning, follow-up, and relationship continuity skills
Prior experience with reputed global organizations such as American Express (AMEX) or similar multinational institutions will be an added advantage
