osition Overview
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth plant operations, and maintain production targets as per company standards. The candidate should have good leadership skills and hands-on experience in production line management within FMCG or manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production operations and manpower on the production floor.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the given timelines.
- Monitor machine operations and coordinate with maintenance teams for breakdown issues.
- Maintain proper quality standards, GMP, SOP, and hygiene practices.
- Ensure minimum production downtime and material wastage control.
- Handle shift planning, worker allocation, and attendance monitoring.
- Maintain production reports, shift reports, and daily MIS records.
- Ensure safety procedures and company policies are properly followed.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, store, and dispatch departments for smooth workflow.
- Train production workers on operational and safety procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma / Graduation in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in production department.
- FMCG or manufacturing industry experience preferred.

Pay: ₹15,320.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
