Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of system issues and enhance system performance.
- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
- Continuously monitor system health and proactively identify potential risks to prevent service interruptions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SD-WAN Operations.
- Strong understanding of network protocols and infrastructure components.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues effectively.
- Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Experience in maintaining and optimizing network performance and security.
