Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify sales leads through various marketing and networking channels.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits, property tours, and project presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Assist in developing sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales or property consulting.
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
