Role: Solutions Leader Strategic Solutions Large Pursuits
Location: Anywhere in India (Preferred locations: Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Proactive planning with Sales & Account teams to shape large deal opportunities and influence client engagements.
- Solution design and deal shaping for large pursuits, including Managed Services, Cloud migration, modernization, and emerging technologies like GenAI.
- Develop and present value propositions by analyzing client contexts, trends, and key challenges.
- Collaborate with practices, service lines, and delivery teams to create differentiated solutions.
- Lead strategic client connections and thought leadership initiatives to incubate and seed transformation deals.
- Influence large deals through connections with analysts and deal advisors to convert and position solutions effectively.
Expertise Required:
- Strong technology breadth across cloud, data, AI, and various delivery models like Agile and Pods.
- Consulting mindset with excellent communication and articulation skills to bring solution concepts to life.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams across practices, delivery units, and leadership levels.
