Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.
- Introduce company products/services and explain their benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain regular communication with customers through calls and messages.
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Update customer details and sales activities in CRM or tracking sheets.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
- Should know the local languages
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional voice communication.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
