Job Title: Sales Manager – Hotel

Job Summary
The Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting hotel rooms, banquet facilities, conferences, events, and other hospitality services. The role involves developing relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and other business partners to maximize occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour operators, and event organizers.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and key accounts.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, and hotel presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with customers.
- Promote hotel rooms, banquet halls, meeting spaces, weddings, and special events.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with front office, reservations, banquet, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to generate leads.
- Ensure achievement of occupancy, ADR (Average Daily Rate), and revenue goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in hotel sales, hospitality sales, or business development.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
