As WebEngage continues to scale, we’re looking for a sales enablement professional who can transform sales teams into high-performing revenue engines. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Marketing and is responsible for equipping our go-to-market teams with the skills, content, and frameworks needed to win consistently. You will own onboarding, drive continuous learning, and build scalable enablement programs that directly impact productivity and revenue outcomes.

Sales Productivity: Build onboarding that reduces ramp time and improves selling quality

Enablement Programs: Create high-impact training, playbooks, and battlecards used in real deals

GTM Alignment: Translate product updates into clear, compelling sales narratives

Funnel Impact: Identify deal gaps and fix them through targeted enablement

Scalable Systems: Build repeatable learning frameworks and knowledge systems

3–5 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Engineering, Product Marketing, or high-performing B2B Sales roles
