Job Summary
To ensure all raw materials, in-process products and finished cables comply with applicable standards, customer specifications and quality requirements.
Job Responsibilities
● Conduct incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.
● Perform routine and type test verification as per IS, IEC and customer specifications.
● Monitor process quality and identify deviations.
● Analyze quality complaints and implement corrective actions.
● Maintain calibration records of testing instruments.
● Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems.
● Prepare quality reports, COA and inspection records.
● Coordinate with Inspecting officials/third-party inspectors.
● Support in finding root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects
● Train operators on process and quality requirements.
Job Requirements
● B.Tech./B.E. (Electrical/Mechanical)
● 1-5 years’ experience of related functions in Cable Industry.
● ISO systems knowledge
● Knowledge of Cable testing standards (IS, IEC)
● SAP/ERP knowledge
● Effective communication and presentation skills
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
