Research Decode (https://researchdecode.com/) is expanding its mentor network to include experienced physicists who can guide research in theoretical, computational, or applied physics.
Mentors will support students and researchers in developing rigorous scientific methodologies and analytical approaches in physics research.
Core Responsibilities
Guide hypothesis development and theoretical modeling
Assist with computational simulations and data analysis
Provide feedback on experimental design and analytical methods
Support literature synthesis and research documentation
Help refine mathematical modeling and interpretation of results
Mentor researchers on preparing manuscripts for publication
Qualifications
PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, or related disciplines
Strong research background in theoretical, computational, or experimental physics
Publication record in peer-reviewed journals
Experience mentoring or supervising research projects preferred
