About the Role
K M & N Media LLP is looking for a confident, persuasive, and result-driven Telecaller / Sales Executive to generate business opportunities and convert potential leads into clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers.
Age limit: Upto 35
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients through provided leads, online platforms, databases, and research.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and introduce KMN Media LLP's services.
- Understand client requirements and effectively pitch relevant services.
- Follow up with interested leads and nurture them through the sales process.
- Schedule meetings or discussions for senior team members when required.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities and lead progress.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, business development, or customer acquisition is preferred.
