Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Outreach
- Generate quality student leads through schools, colleges, seminars, workshops, and educational events.
- Conduct regular school and college visits.
- Build relationships with Principals, Coordinators, Counselors, and HODs.
- Organize career guidance sessions and aptitude workshops.
2. Institutional Tie-ups
- Identify and develop institutional partnerships.
- Coordinate career counselling sessions, mock tests, and scholarship exams.
- Establish long-term relationships with educational institutions.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with institutional contacts.
3. Student Acquisition
- Counsel prospective students regarding suitable Career Launcher programs.
- Explain program features, fee structure, scholarships, and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions through timely follow-ups.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.
4. Marketing Activities
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, career expos, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team for lead generation initiatives.
- Conduct leaflet distribution, kiosk activities, and roadshows where required.
- Support local branding and awareness campaigns.
5. Database Management
- Maintain accurate records of all leads in the CRM/ERP.
- Update daily visit reports and follow-up status.
- Ensure proper documentation of institutional contacts and student interactions.
6. Parent Engagement
- Meet parents to explain career options and entrance examinations.
- Address admission-related queries professionally.
- Build trust through regular communication and personalized counselling.
7. Relationship Management
- Maintain excellent relationships with schools, colleges, referral partners, and existing students.
- Generate referrals from current students, alumni, and institutional contacts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the admission process.
8. Sales & Revenue
- Meet assigned monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Develop and execute local business development strategies.
- Provide weekly sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
9. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, fee structures, and promotional campaigns.
- Gather market feedback from students and institutions.
- Share actionable insights with management.
10. Reporting
- Submit Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
- Weekly lead generation and conversion reports.
- Monthly institutional visit reports.
- Revenue and admission performance reports.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
