Role Summary
Looking for an experienced Luxury Villa Sales Manager responsible for driving sales of premium high-ticket villa properties by targeting HNIs (High Net Worth Individuals) and premium investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales for luxury villas and premium real estate projects
- Acquire and manage HNI/UHNI clients
- Build strong relationships with investors, business owners, CXOs, affluent buyers
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct property presentations and site visits
- Negotiate high-value transactions and close deals
- Generate business through channel partners, brokers, referrals
- Develop sales strategy for premium residential projects
- Maintain CRM and customer pipeline management
- Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets
Required Experience
- 3-8 years in Real Estate Sales / Luxury Property Sales
- Experience selling villas, luxury apartments, premium plots
- Strong exposure to HNI/UHNI customer handling
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
- Excellent closing capability in high-ticket sales
