Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated MBBS Resident Medical Officer (RMO) to join our hospital team. The candidate will play a key role in managing inpatient care, attending emergencies, supporting consultants, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and manage patients under consultant supervision.
- Monitor admitted patients and respond promptly to clinical changes.
- Attend emergency and critical care situations as required.
- Prescribe medications and initiate treatment as per hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with specialists, consultants, and nursing teams for patient management.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Participate in ward rounds and clinical discussions.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and preventive healthcare.
