- Make outbound calls to pharmaceutical distributors, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare businesses.
- Promote company products, services, and ongoing business offers.
- Generate new business leads and identify potential customers.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective clients.
- Explain product details, pricing, availability, and company policies professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for order processing and customer support.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales updates in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic concerns effectively.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients.
- Share market feedback and competitor information with management.
