Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare micro-level project planning and execution schedules
- Estimate manpower, shuttering, steel, equipment, batching, machinery and consumable requirements
- Daily / weekly progress tracking against master schedule
- Coordinate procurement requirements in advance
- Manage subcontractor deployment and activity sequencing
- Prepare look-ahead schedules and recovery plans
- Coordinate closely with Project Manager for milestone execution
- Monitor productivity, wastage, delays and execution bottlenecks
- Maintain DPR / WPR / MIS / planning dashboards
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
