Candidate has sound knowledge of following:
Corporate interior Billing (sale & Purchase)
Tender documentation and submission (for Private, Government , PSUs)
Ability to negotiate multiple vendors for Best pricing (purchase of material with comparatives) Preparation of PO to vendors.
Screening and working form Receipt of PO from client till submission of Final Bill to client.
Documentation for sale, purchase, tendering & BOQ as per our organization standard.
7. PQ form filling , documentation and generate vendor codes with new clients.
8. Keep detailed records, generate reports and develop presentations as required by HOD.
9. Create monthly performance reviews and reports on overall sourcing requirements.
Required Candidate profile
* Minimum 3 years of Experience with Interior Fit out Procurement Both Commercial and Residential Projects
* Understanding of compliances related to Procurement, GST, Logistics and other.
* Excellent written and verbal communication in English. Local language will be added advantage.
