We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Assistant to support daily administrative and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic knowledge of Tally, and the ability to manage office documentation and coordination efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with seniors and assist in day-to-day office operations.
- Maintain and update records, files, and documents accurately.
- Handle data entry and basic accounting transactions in Tally.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and other administrative documents as required.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with various departments for smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars when required.
- Monitor office inventory and arrange supplies as needed.
- Assist in vendor and customer communication professionally.
- Perform administrative duties such as printing, photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
- Ensure proper maintenance and organization of office records.
- Support front office activities whenever required.
- Conduct basic market research and collect relevant information when assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or any related field.
- 6–12 months of experience working with Tally.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and basic accounting entries.
- Experience in office administration and document management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
