- Payroll Processing: Oversee end-to-end payroll cycles (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly) for large headcounts, including the computation of overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
- Statutory & Tax Compliance: Manage regulatory deductions (e.g., PF, ESI, PT, and TDS in India) and ensure alignment with state and national labor laws.
- Audit & Controls: Design internal controls and maintain impeccable documentation to survive internal and external tax or labor audits.
- System Optimization: Maintain and upgrade payroll software and HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and automated tax processing.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with HR, Finance, and external vendors while resolving escalated employee grievances regarding their pay or benefits.
Experience: 5 to 10+ years of experience in payroll management and HR compliance.
Legal Knowledge: Deep understanding of wage and hour laws, payroll tax configurations, and statutory reporting.
Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
