Key Responsibilities
Business & Sales Performance
- Drive regional sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.
- Analyze sales trends, KPIs, and store performance data.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall and revenue.
- Identify new market opportunities and support store expansion initiatives.
Retail Operations
- Oversee daily operations of all stores within the region.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, visual merchandising guidelines, and brand standards.
- Monitor inventory management, stock movement, and shrinkage control.
- Coordinate with merchandising, supply chain, marketing, and head office teams.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Recruit, train, and retain high-performing talent.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent and exceptional customer service across all stores.
- Resolve escalated customer concerns effectively.
- Act as a brand ambassador and maintain premium customer engagement standards.
Financial Management & Reporting
- Manage regional budgets and control operational costs.
- Take ownership of regional P&L performance.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership.
- Monitor store profitability and implement corrective actions when required.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of retail experience with multi-store management exposure.
- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail preferred.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel frequently across assigned stores.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
