Job Overview
Farlex Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced and result-oriented professionals for its Critical Care (Injectables) Division. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in injectable products, and possess strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and develop business for the Critical Care (Injectables) product range.
- Generate new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Handle PCD and distributor inquiries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify potential distributors and business partners.
- Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers to ensure timely business closure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM records.
Requirements:-
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
- Experience in Critical Care or Injectable products will be preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work independently.
- Knowledge of PCD Pharma business will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software is preferred.
Educational Qualification
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences)
- MBA (Marketing) is an added advantage.
